The NBA competing has been continuing for 70 years. 

In June 1946, Boston Godder, owner of Walter Brown Stadium, discovered that ice hockey stadiums were unusable at night and could generate more revenue for basketball games.

Ice hockey teams had not a good financial position at that time. He founded the American Basketball Association, which joined the American Basketball League in 1949, thus forming the NBA (National Basketball Association).

Michael played 15 seasons in the National Basketball Association for Chicago, Washington, and the Wizards.

During his short time in the league, he became known as the star of the club. He is also one of the best defensive basketball players in the world.

He won Chicago Bulls Championship in 1991 and the Terry Pete title in 1992 and 1993 before retiring from the NBA before 1994 and starts baseball.

He returned to the Chicago Bulls in 1995 and gained three more titles to his Championship. 

He retired for the second time in 1999, and in the same year, he was introduced as the most outstanding athlete of the 20th century in North America by ESPN.

He also played for the NBA during 2000 and 2003. His professional career was known in 2009, and in 2010 he appeared as a member of the men’s team of the 1992 United States of America or the dream team.

Finally, in 2016, Michael Jordan was introduced as the richest basketball player in America.

Wilt Chamberlain

Wilt Chamberlain was born in 1936 in Philadelphia. He is 216 cm tall. His professional career was from 1959 to 1973. 

He won the Most Valuable NBA Player of the Year award from 1960 to 1966 four times. 

Chamberlain has only twice the NBA championship, and in the last five years of his presence in the NBA, he played for the Los Angeles team and reached the finals in the previous five seasons of his games, but only once he won the championship.  

He is known as the best rebounder in basketball history. He was also the best basketball player. He died in 1999 in California, USA.

Jerry West

Jerry West was born in 1938 and is 188 cm tall. His professional game was from 1960 to 1974 ‌. 

He played for Los Angeles for 14 years and won the NBA in 1972, reaching the finals eight times and playing ten times for the NBA.

He also became the most valuable player in 1969. He participated in All-Star games 12 times.

Tim Duncan
